WOLF appliances throughout the kitchen with paneling to match the cabinets for the dishwasher and the side by side fridge/freezer that will be arriving in March. The sleek WOLF range top slides right into the countertop and runs flush with the black leathered granite. A perfectly smooth transition from range to countertop. WOLF double ovens are also a beautiful touch as we all need a main dish oven and a dessert oven at any given time. Or two dessert ovens.

On the main floor is the primary bedroom/bath with its own access to a balcony, courtesy of sliding glass doors. The bathroom provides a spa like setting with subtle, but unique wall tiles behind the freestanding tub that carries through to the shower. The floating vanity has such a gorgeous countertop that you have to see it to believe it. It has a creamy color with almost the "feel" of the sheerness of onyx. Plenty of linen closet storage and a massive walk in closet with custom shelving and hookups for a stackable washer/dryer combo. Two solar tubes provide light in the closet as well.

This lovely home rests on the only daylight basement lot in this development. The design was very intentional to allow lots of light in, but to still retain privacy in the backyard, and that was successfully done with high walls and terraced landscaping in the back yard. All three bedrooms also have access to private or shared patios.

The large living area would work perfectly for gatherings and provides a kitchenette with microwave and a small refrigerator. This could also make a great work out room. Plenty of space as well as the large porcelain tile flooring.
